We ask that you do not share our address until 24h before the event, and only with confirmed participants
Entry Code to Temple will be provided by your contact. Please do not arrive earlier than the agreed upon setup time.
Switch on the back of the temple door handle turns off auto-locking (useful during the event)
Sound
JBL Pairing Instructions ~ turn on both speakers. Press the button labels “TWS” on both speakers. You will hear a pairing noise.
Recommend using a hard-wired connection to your phone for sound. Bluetooth has had issues If your event is especially loud (emotional release, etc.) we ask that you keep the windows closed out of respect for our neighbors
Please be respectful of sound levels. Appropriateness here depends on context—please give appropriate context for music and other volume levels during event rental booking.
Lighting Control
Use light switches to turn on overhead lights.
Dimmer switch for fixture over stairwell is by the spa area Use Hue App on ipad (stored on top of JBL speaker) to adjust lighting as desired. Do not change lighting for anything other than temple space
Heating
If the space is too warm: open the windows, and ensure that the heating vents are closed. If the space is too cold: ensure the heating vents are open. If heating vents are open, contact Alchemy Society contact to turn on the heat.
Rules No nudity on deck
No open containers in the Temple
No alcohol in the Temple Treat the space with reverence.
Closeout
Strip any sheets that need laundering (discuss laundry needs up front - events that require laundering sheets incur extra charges)
