Cost - we generally offer a 70/30 split of revenue (70% to the organizer, 30% to the venue) note this is the gross revenue, not minus expenses. We are open to negotiating flat fees on a case by case basis. We also generally require that organizers reserve 5 half price tickets for housemates. In special cases (smaller, high cost events, generally) we are open to lowering this number. Deposit - $100 deposit required to secure dates. Larger events may require a larger deposit. Note: This $100 is generally our minimum rental fee; deposits are not refundable if 30% of revenue is less than $100
For cancellations: 30+ days: deposit fully applied to future date 14–30 days: deposit forfeited, no other liability Under 14 days: Full liability for full rental fee (for % split bookings, based on estimated revenue submitted at time of booking)
Rules Please do not bother the residents. Areas outside the temple are private unless otherwise arranged.

No open containers in the Temple
No alcohol in the Temple Treat the space with reverence.
Booking details For small, revenue split events, we ask for a $100 deposit. Larger events may require larger deposits. We have a 1-month cancelation policy: farther out than a month, we will credit your deposit to a later date. Within a month it is forfeited on cancelation.
